listen…to the sounds…..of Coughing
Its been a month now. Olivia started coughing a month ago and is still coughing. I started a couple of weeks later and Natasha started last week. It’s normal, being winter, but not normal for us. Our sicknesses have gone down to almost nonexistent since homeschooling. We had a good run for a bit there.
I’m on the mend though, I sang almost properly today, my range isn’t back, but I wasn’t coughing at all and could sing high notes! I can’t wait to be able to be on a worship team again. Something I’ve wanted to do since I left the last one but it just wasn’t time whenever I went to join again, now I know why! God had other plans (plans to prosper me!).
We had another home open today and it seemed good. Then after that I went shopping and picked up some Hungry Jacks for dinner. I tried a new “Western Whopper” it was ok, but I forgot to ask for no cheese. I got home just as the Eagles game started, so I quickly put away frozen stuff and watched it while eating Hungry Jacks! What a great feeling when a Hungry Jacks ad comes on to already be eating it! lol And even better, our team flogged the other team (sorry Kangaroo supporters out there).
The kids are off to bed now after watching Better Homes & Gardens. I’m so proud of them for how they’re keeping their rooms. I guess a reward will be when we go to see Shrek 3 next week - hopefully a celebration of a sold house too???
